The printed one is speakers and sessions. The other starts at the registration desk and ends when the last delegate gets home, and it is the one everybody actually experiences. A badge that is already made. A seat that exists. A question from the floor that reaches a microphone in four seconds. Events Lab runs the second agenda, so your team can concentrate on the first.
We have brought 1,250 delegates from 36 countries to Limassol for a medical congress, and 1,500 participants together for a company with over 100,000 employees. That client has come back 22 times over 18 years, in 9 countries and 15 destinations. We have been doing this for over 35 years.
